Do you clean pet waste?
Pet waste cleaning is not included in our regular service, but can be added as an add-on. Please let us know in advance if you’d like this included.
 Do you have a minimum for hours?
All cleanings have a two-hour minimum. This guarantees the time needed to maintain our high standards and deliver a consistent, detailed clean every time.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don’t need to be home during your cleaning. Many of our clients provide a spare key, door code, or lockbox access so we can clean while they’re away. We treat every home with the same care and respect as if it were our own, ensuring your space is secure, refreshed, and ready to enjoy when you return.
Will my pet be an issue?
Not at all! We love pets and take extra care to make them feel comfortable. During account setup, let us know about your pets and any specific needs, such as anxiety around vacuums or open doors. If your pet is nervous, we recommend introducing them to your cleaner during the first visit.
How do I schedule services?
It’s easy! Call, text or email us at 866-511-6169 barefootinnature.myhealth@yahoo.com to set up your account. After your first cleaning, you can either book as needed or set up a recurring schedule that works for you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem! We just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Same-day cancellations are subject to a standard fee, as that time is reserved exclusively for your appointment. For true emergencies, such as illness or unexpected events, we’ll always do our best to work with you to reschedule at no charge. If no notice is given or access isn’t provided at the scheduled time, the full estimated cleaning cost may apply.
Do you offer any alternative payment options?
Yes! We offer a barter option available on Sundays, where you can exchange goods or services in lieu of payment. This allows everyone to access our services, regardless of financial circumstances. Contact us to discuss your barter proposal.
What If my payment is late?
To keep scheduling and operations running smoothly, we kindly ask that all invoices be paid promptly. Residential Clients: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A $20 late fee applies to any invoice not paid within 3 days of the due date. Commercial Clients: Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise noted in a service agreement. A 10% late fee applies to invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date.

Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated! 100% of all tips go directly to your cleaner as a thank-you for their hard work and attention to detail. Whether you choose to leave a cash tip, add one electronically, or simply share kind feedback, every gesture means a lot and helps us feel valued for what we do.
Do you have referral perks?
Yes! For every 3 new clients you refer who schedule a cleaning, you’ll earn a free 2-hour service as our thank-you. Your referrals mean the world to us; they help our small business grow naturally.
 Do you help with clutter or hoarding situations?
Yes, we specialize in hoarding and clutter cleanup. Our compassionate team works with you to sort, declutter, and organize your space, creating a safe and comfortable home environment. Contact us for a personalized assessment and more details on how we can help.
Do you offer night and weekend appointments?
Yes, we do! Weekend appointments are available at no extra cost, and evening or after-hour cleanings can be arranged for your convenience. Please note that night services include a small after-hours fee to cover extended scheduling.
 What if I’m not satisfied with my service?
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost. We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

How do I prepare for a cleaning service?
To help us provide the best service possible, we recommend tidying up personal items and ensuring clear access to the areas you’d like cleaned. Don’t worry about the big stuff, we’ll handle that!
For privacy and respect, we follow an open-door policy: any doors that are closed upon arrival will remain closed and will not be opened or cleaned. If you’d like a particular room or area serviced, please leave the door open before your scheduled appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept electronic payments, including credit and debit cards, for your convenience. Checks are not accepted unless previously discussed and approved by the owner. We also proudly offer barter options for qualifying clients because we believe in community, flexibility, and supporting one another in creative ways.
Do I pay my cleaner directly for services?
No, please do not pay your cleaner directly for services. An invoice will always be sent for secure electronic payment through Barefoot in Nature Cleaning Solutions. The only exception is tips. You’re welcome to leave a cash tip directly for your cleaner or include an electronic tip with your invoice payment; all electronic tips are added to your cleaner’s paycheck in full. This process ensures accurate records, fair pay, and a smooth experience for everyone.

If you prefer to step out, that’s perfectly fine too; we’re fully trustworthy and can clean while you’re away, as long as we have secure entry access.
